I was just checking one of my group “newari” in hi5.com.I saw this topics from one of the member their.Their is a contest going on for “New 7 Wonders of Nature” which is ending in 31.12.08.There are also some natural wonders of Nepal registered like “MOUNT EVEREST, CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK, RARA LAKE, KALI GANDAKI”.Currently our very own “MOUNT EVEREST” is at the 7th spot.Don’t you think its a bit lower down the order as it deserves to be in the first place.I think the position doesn’t matter, as it was in the case of “New 7 wonder of World”.But its in 7th place now and if other wonders down the rank gets more votes, then our “MOUNT EVEREST” will not be their to shine our nation in the final day of announcement.
